About Me

I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) in New York State and registered Drama Therapist (RDT) focused on treating mood disorders, eating disorders, relationship challenges and life transitions. 

My role as your therapist is to help you heal from difficult experiences or circumstances and to live with joy, passion and purpose. Areas we work on may be personal, professional, spiritual and/or related to relationships.

I will guide you to deepen insight into how past events influence your current thinking and behavior patterns, to encourage present moment awareness, access your strengths and resources and discover the inspiration and motivation to make positive changes in your life.

My style is active, collaborative, and compassionate. You can expect thought-provoking questions that increase self-reflection and self-understanding.
